Loudoun Youth is dedicated to promoting Leadership, Responsibility & Inclusiveness among the young adults in our community. Loudoun’s increasingly diverse population brings together youth from different backgrounds, different cultures, different socioeconomic strata and different language traditions.
It is vitally important that our youth see themselves not only as a part of their immediate peer group—their friends—but also as a part of the whole multi-generational community.
Loudoun Youth promotes this interaction through forming partnerships and collaborations with individuals, government agencies, corporations and other nonprofit organizations with the purpose of coordinating community efforts and resources to address the diverse needs of Loudoun County youth.
Some of the programs we support include financial education, after-school programs, theater, sports, arts, music, leadership, colleg preparation, crisis prevention, community service and gang prevention.
Loudoun Youth began its history with the community in 2004 with a Task Force that reached out to the younger citizens of Loudoun County.
Our Board of Directors and Board of Advisors are made up of prominent and committed members of our community.
